We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred stylist and time. For special occasions, booking even earlier is advised.
We understand that things come up! Please provide at least 24-48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. A $25 deposit is required when booking. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, your deposit can be applied to a future appointment. However, late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
For certain services, like hair extensions or custom wigs, we recommend a consultation to ensure we meet your needs and expectations. First time customers get their first consultation FREE!
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Please note that payment is required at the time of service.
Yes! You can combine services like a haircut, color, and styling in a single appointment. Let us know your preferences when booking.
