Avión is a passionate leader with over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. Born in Trinidad and raised in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, she discovered her love for beauty at a young age. As a woman of God, wife, mother, author, and mentor, Avión is dedicated to empowering women dealing with hair loss while also educating and guiding the next generation of stylists. Her mission is to share her decades of expertise to inspire confidence and growth in others.

I became a Board-Certified Cosmetologist after successfully completing the cosmetology program at Wake Tech Community College, where I earned my Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in 2017. My expertise is in weave installations and hair enhancements, and I am deeply committed to promoting and nurturing healthy hair. I also love building new connections and forming lasting relationships with my clients. 😊

Hi, I’m Krystal, but you can also call me KaySlay. I’m a North Carolina Licensed Cosmetologist and Natural Hair Care Specialist, proudly graduated from Wake Technical Community College. As an inclusive stylist, I’m passionate about all things hair! Some of my specialties include short hair and bob cuts, silk press, color, partial and closure sew-ins, quick weaves, wig installs, locs, as well as lashes and brows. Mrs. Avion is a true professional who loves what she does and you can tell by the quality of her work. She has installed several partial sews-in and a wig for me. I was very happy. She made sure to protect my hair and not make it to tight which I appreciate. Madison is great as well. Very friendly and accommodating. While I haven’t had her do my hair yet I have seen her work (braids) on others and they look great. I look forward to having her put some braids in my hair as well. The salon is also very clean and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

And she does the installation with your hair maintenance and longevity in mind. I’ve been for several different weave installs and blow outs / moisture treatments and next getting braids. They helped style me for my photoshoot.
